Shipping policy
Orders within South Africa/LOCAL 🇿🇦
Domestic shipping within South Africa is free on orders over ZAR 770 and takes 1-5 business days (during sales & product launches, it can take up to 10 business days). For orders under R 770, shipping is calculated based on your area & you can choose from different couriers.

- Surcharge: In rare instances, for high-risk/ outlaying areas, the couriers might add a surcharge- this surcharge will be communicated with the customer and surcharge will have to be covered by the customer
- If the courier is unable to reach the customer for delivery: in instances, where the courier and Saffa Hair Co is trying to get a hold of the customer to arrange delivery, but the customer does not respond on time, the order is returned to our warehouse, the cost of-re-issuing the parcel is on the customer's account.

Collecting Orders:
You must bring your confirmation message when collecting your order. Collections are only available at our mutual collection location during operating hours.
- Mon-Thurs: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Fri: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
You have 10 business days to collect your order. After this period, it will be considered void and your order will be cancelled.
